Apple Valley Commons

Located at the southwest corner of Bear Valley and Apple Valley Roads, this 93 acre regional commercial center includes a recently expanded 134,000 square foot Target Center anchoring Phase I. Phase II includes 312,000 square feet of retail space, including the region's first WinCo Foods. Wal-Mart Supercenter
A proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter, comprising approximately 260,000 square feet, is proposed at the northeast corner of Dale Evans Parkway and Bass Hill Rd, between Thunderbird Road and Civic Center Park. Wal-Mart representatives initially submitted an application for a development permit. However, in early 2007, the company decided to pursue a General Plan Amendment/Zone Change, which is a substantially more lengthy process. Wal-Mart's application is currently in process and is expected to be reviewed by the Town's Planning Commission in mid-2010. Learn More and View Map >
The Fountains at Quail Ridge
Located at the northeast corner of Apple Valley and Yucca Loma Roads, this approved 346,460 square foot, mixed-use project will consist of 167,300 square feet of commercial use (including 4,000 square feet for outdoor restaurant dining, two (2) freestanding drive-through restaurants and a bank with a drive-through); and 179,160 square feet of professional and medical office use.
