2017-2018 CDBG Application NOW AVAILABLE

The Town of Apple Valley is now accepting applications for CDBG funding. The Town expects to receive approximately $540,000 (based on 2016-2017 allocation) for fiscal year 2017 - 2018. Approximately $81,000 is available for public service projects. All eligible organizations and agencies must submit a completed application no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 19, 2016.

November 17, 2016- Workshop for 2017-2018 CDBG/HOME Application

 Staff will be conducting a "CDBG/HOME Technical Workshop" on November 17, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in South Conference Room in the Development Services Building, 14975 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, CA, 92307. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the amount of funds available, Council's established priorities, the range of activities that may be undertaken, review of application forms and eligibility criteria, and to present the 2017-2018 CDBG Program Funding Cycle.  We urge all applicants who will be submitting applications to send representatives to the workshop. The information provided at the workshop will assist your organization in preparing a competitive, complete and accurate application.
