The Human Resources Department coordinates a comprehensive personnel program including position classification, compensation, recruitment, placement, evaluation and training. The Department also coordinates the employee benefits program including health, dental, vision, long term disability and deferred compensation, coordinates labor relations for the Town, monitors state and federal legislation, such as the American With Disabilities Act and maintains confidential personnel records.
The Town has 84 full-time employees and, in addition, we contract for Building & Safety, Engineering, Public Works Inspection and Police services.
