Water Aerobics:

Come enjoy a high-energy low-impact workout that strengthens and tones from head to toe!Most land exercises can be effectively in water, with the added benefit of support and resistance. We'll lunge, jump, jog, crunch, kick, twist, and dance to great music in the pool!

Days: Mon, Wed, Fri

Time: 7:30-8:30 am

Ages: 16 & up
