Permit Center
How to Apply for an Apple Valley Permit
Our Permit Center is where building and safety projects get started. Permits are needed for things like building a house, adding a room, or fixing electrical and plumbing systems. Plans and documents are reviewed to make sure everything follows the rules. Staff help with questions, fee payments, and code requirements. Inspections are scheduled to check that work is safe. The Permit Center helps keep buildings safe and projects legal.
Permits can be requested in two ways: by downloading a form or by using the Online Permit Center.
